Where are you located and where do you ship from?

We are located in Canada. We ship out from Surrey, BC.

 

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Is my order tracked?

If you have opted for a tracked option for shipping, you will be sent a tracking number to your email address once your order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are dependent on the of shipping method selected by the customer. (Ex: Standard Shipping VS Xpress Shipping)

Canada:
Standard Domestic Shipping can take up to 7-10 business days.

Canada’s Xpresspost Shipping has an estimated arrival time of 2-3 business days. 

United States: 

Standard Tracked Shipping can take up 7-10 business days.

Xpresspost Shipping has an estimated arrival time of 5 business days. 

 

 

Why do I have to pay customs to pick up my package? 

High Maintenance Luxe is not responsible for any custom fees or taxes being charged upon delivery. However, in order to receive your package, payment will be necessary. If payment is not submitted, your order will be returned back to us.

Can I refund my item?

Currently we are not processing returns. All sales are final.

What do I do if my jewelry is damaged? 

All our products are quality-checked for assurance before shipping and are packaged carefully to avoid any shipping damage. If there is damage to your items, you may have the option of store credit or replaced item. Send us an email at support@highmaintenanceluxe.ca
